Job summary

Reporting to the Head International Medical Affairs Immunology, you will guide a high-profile team and collaborate across Global, Development, and country teams.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD with life sciences background.
• 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience with international/global exposure.
• Experience across pipeline, pre-launch, launch, and in-market assets.
• Strong understanding of international healthcare systems and payers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the International Medical Affairs Dermatology team.
• Define and drive international medical strategy across assets.
• Represent IMA Dermatology in senior leadership forums.
• Shape Integrated Evidence Plans for priority markets and access.
• Lead international medical launch readiness and execution.
• Drive scientific engagement strategies and medical education.
• Build strategic relationships with thought leaders and societies.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for Global MA, Development, and Commercial.
• Partner with International Commercial and Value & Access to shape strategies.
• Lead resource and budget prioritization for IMA activities.
