Actalent is seeking an Integration Engineer in Switzerland to ensure seamless interoperability between electronics, mechanics, firmware and software in a diagnostic product. You will design electromechanical test setups, run endurance trials, and perform lifetime reliability tests to push the system limits.

The role requires a hands-on engineer with 5 years of HW/SW integration and testing experience, familiarity with Linux, and strong English, with German a plus in a regulated MedTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5 years hands-on HW/SW integration and testing experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment (MedTech, Diagnostics, IVD, or GxP).
• Mechatronics understanding and interaction with firmware/software.

• Drive system integration and integrity.
• Design and arrange advanced electromechanical test setups and endurance tests.
• Monitor parameters, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis in R&D to support production.
