Work Selection AG, supporting Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, seeks an HW Integration Engineer for a 12-month temporary assignment. You will operate at the hardware-software intersection, coordinating mechatronic interactions across electronics, mechanics, firmware and software to deliver robust diagnostic products.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Mechatronics.
• 5 years hands-on HW/SW integration, unit- and system-level testing, or mechatronic troubleshooting.
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Diagnostics, IVD, or GxP) is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of mechatronics and its interaction with firmware/software; scripting or programming for test execution and automation; Linux experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus for local collaboration.

• Hardware Parametrization & Firmware Interaction: define parameters, configure test software, and parameterize firmware/software.
• Proactive Robustness & Endurance Testing: design electromechanical test setups and long-term reliability tests.
• Transforming Data into Insight: monitor parameters, hardware counters, and data logs to drive improvements.
• Collaborative Troubleshooting & Root-Cause Analysis: perform deep-dive troubleshooting across disciplines.
• Bridge-Building across R&D and Operations: facilitate transfer of validated designs to manufacturing.
