Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Mechatronics engineering with 5 years of HW/SW integration experience, Linux proficiency, and scripting for test automation. Hybrid work with up to 20% remote is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on HW/SW integration, system-level testing or mechatronic troubleshooting.
• Experience in scripting or programming for test automation; Linux environment proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead system integration and ensure high system quality across hardware and software modules.
• Define and configure test software; parametrize firmware and software for robust performance.
• Design advanced electromechanical test setups; run long-term endurance and reliability tests.
• Turn raw observations into actionable insights by monitoring parameters and data logs.
• Collaborate across electronics, mechanics, firmware and software teams for root-cause analysis.
• Bridge R&D and operations to transfer validated mechatronic designs to manufacturing and service partners.
