nemensis AG seeks a Supply Chain Specialist Material Compliance (m/f/d) for a temporary placement at our clinical manufacturing site in Schachen (LU). The assignment runs 04.01.2027 – 31.12.2027, supporting supplier qualification, change control, and material release activities to ensure uninterrupted production.

Your background in quality operations or supply chain within pharma, plus strong English and Excel skills, will help you collaborate across tech transfer, procurement, and manufacturing

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmacy, or related field – or at least 3 years of relevant experience in an academic or industry setting
  • Background in quality operations, compliance, or supply chain/operations within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken, with confidence communicating across all organisational levels – from shopfloor to site leadership
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills paired with a genuine team spirit
  • Solid analytical thinking and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Proven problem-solving mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement
  • Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Openness to diversity, inclusion, and ongoing learning

Aufgaben

  • Maintaining and updating supplier qualification records to keep the system audit-ready at all times
  • Evaluating material-related changes from vendors or internal stakeholders and steering the relevant quality change control process
  • Coordinating material release timelines to secure uninterrupted availability for production
  • Building strong, value-adding relationships with suppliers within your assigned material categories
  • Preparing material specifications as part of qualification activities to enable timely material releases
  • Collaborating closely with tech transfer, procurement, and manufacturing teams on material identification and supplier selection
  • Supporting investigations, quality risk assessments, and change controls on compliance-related topics
  • Developing proposals and business cases for quality improvement initiatives, including planning and implementation steps

Your Responsibilities
