Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Product Manager Martech for a leading international healthcare and diagnostics company in the Zug Area. You will own marketing technology products from strategy through execution, define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with global Marketing, Sales, Digital, Analytics and Engineering teams.

This 12-month contract offers 100% workload with approximately 2 days home office per week, start ASAP, and a strong chance of extension, allowing you to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Ownership, or MarTech.
• Experience managing marketing platforms and digital products.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Technology, ecosystems and engagement.
• Proven Agile and Scrum experience with backlogs and sprints.
• Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong APIs, integrations, data concepts and architectures.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap for marketing tech solutions.
• Align priorities with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate Martech capabilities.
• Drive product planning, prioritization, and delivery with agile teams.
• Own backlog, write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Analytics and Engineering.
• Ensure compliant and data-driven decision making.
