TE Connectivity in Bevaix, Switzerland, is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with manufacturing operations and drive financial insight, forecasting, costing, and performance improvements on-site at the Bevaix plant.

The role demands a commercially minded finance professional with strong SAP (S/4HANA) experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proven record in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost management within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, cost accounting or operations finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations in a business partnering role.
• Strong SAP experience (PR2/S4 Hana) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning activities.
• Develop forecasts for volume, labour, overhead and operating expenses.
• Prepare and maintain plant profit and loss projections.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis against forecast and budget.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, productivity, and costs.
• Support costing, capital expenditure tracking and working capital management.
• Provide financial insights to leadership and drive productivity improvements.
