TE Connectivity Bevaix, located on-site in Bevaix, Switzerland, seeks a Finance Analyst to partner with manufacturing operations and drive financial performance. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, cost control, inventory, capital expenditure tracking and reporting, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong SAP/SAC skills, advanced Excel, and a pragmatic, proactive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations in a business partnering capacity.
• Proven track record of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong SAP experience (PR2/S4 Hana) and SAC tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities.
• Develop volume, labour, overhead and operating expense forecasts.
• Prepare plant P&L projections and perform variance analysis.
• Analyse manufacturing performance, productivity and costs.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve operations and financials.
• Support costings, inventory management and capital expenditure tracking.
• Partner with operations teams to drive productivity improvements.
