TE Connectivity Bevaix is seeking a Manager Manufacturing Engineering to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team on the shop floor. You will drive process improvements, optimize equipment, and collaborate across functions to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

The role may expand to Maintenance leadership as you grow, with emphasis on structured problem solving and risk management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, industrialization, and CI.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Expertise in structured problem-solving and risk analysis methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing environments governed by IATF 16949 standards is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of automation, process validation, equipment qualification, tooling, and CAPEX projects.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and manufacturing performance analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Clean-room manufacturing and electronics manufacturing experience are strong assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery and competitiveness.
• Drive improvements and solve complex process and equipment problems on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EH&S, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D.
• Develop, validate and standardize manufacturing solutions; reduce process variation.
