Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize shop-floor processes and drive efficiency, safety, and quality across plant operations in Berne, IN.

You will conduct time studies, design workstation layouts, and implement Kanban systems, while analyzing costs and improving throughput. Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office is expected; Power BI/SQL knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Associate or Bachelor's).
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize Production: Conduct time studies, build Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
• Design & Layout: Create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
• Drive Efficiency: Build kanban systems, write clear operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.
• Analyze & Improve: Perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.
