Zusammenfassung

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech to optimize production, design efficient layouts, and drive safety and throughput on the shop floor.

You will conduct time studies, create Bills of Labor, and set labor rates while developing CAD drawings for workstations and material flow systems. The role also involves building kanban systems, writing clear operator instructions, and aiming for continuous improvement through cost analysis, root-cause solving, and basic testing of

Qualifikationen

Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.

Aufgaben

Optimize Production: time studies, Bills of Labor, and set labor rates.
Design & Layout: create CAD drawings for workstations, plant layouts, and material flow systems.
Drive Efficiency: build kanban systems, write operator work instructions, and automate processes to improve safety and throughput.
Analyze & Improve: perform cost analysis, root-cause problem solving, and material/equipment testing.
