Job summary
The Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland seeks a senior Manager, Allocation & Modelling to lead the organisation's allocation methodology and strategic modelling capabilities. You will oversee cross-portfolio modelling, engage with external partners, and guide AI-driven approaches while ensuring quality assurance and executive communication.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
- Significant experience leading quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience with digital tools for modelling (Excel, Python).
- Strong background in global health financing and investment prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Lead allocation and modelling capability and set priorities.
- Develop and implement allocation methodology and policies for the next cycle.
- Oversee end-to-end allocation execution and reporting.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership translating modelling evidence into investment choices.
- Represent the Global Fund in external fora on allocation and modelling.
- Lead disease-specific and cross-portfolio modelling efforts.
- Drive innovation and responsible use of AI in modelling.
- Lead and develop the Allocation & Strategic Modelling team.
- Manage tracking and reporting of allocation financial waterfall.
