Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Head of Data, Analytics and Learning in Geneva, a senior management role reporting to the Head of Strategy, Investment and Evidence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning quantitative modelling, data management, analytics, reporting and evaluation to generate timely, credible evidence for investment decisions across the grant cycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, statistics, data science or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary analytical and evidence functions and complex measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational evidence set and connect measurement, data, analysis and reporting to decision‑making.
• Oversee allocation and modelling capabilities underpinning resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Set strategic direction for measurement architecture and ensure coherent linkage to investments.
• Lead data and analytics to inform implementation and investment decisions across the lifecycle.
• Head strategic performance reporting and ensure robust evidence underpins narratives and scenarios.
• Provide governance and strategic oversight of evaluation and learning functions.
