Job summary

The Global Fund seeks a Manager, Allocation & Modelling to lead its allocation methodology and strategic modelling capabilities. You will steer quantitative and qualitative analysis, influence major investment decisions, and build in-house modelling capacity across country and portfolio levels.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, shape policy options, and ensure robust advisory materials for governance. English and French are valued in this global health role.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, or a quantitative field.
Significant experience leading quantitative analysis and modelling.
Experience with digital tools (Python, Excel) for modelling.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable options for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead allocation and modelling capability, setting direction and priorities.
Develop and implement allocation methodology for upcoming cycle.
Oversee end-to-end allocation execution and reporting.
Provide strategic advice translating modelling into investment choices.
Engage with external modelling partners and technical experts.
Lead the in-house modelling capability and QA processes.
