Job summary

The Global Fund seeks a Manager, Allocation & Modelling to lead the organisation's allocation methodology and strategic modelling. You will guide portfolio optimisation, disease-specific modelling and evidence-based investment decisions, while building in-house modelling capacity and external partnerships.

You will work across technical, programmatic and finance teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and ensure rigorous quality assurance in analytics.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, public health or quantitative field.
• Significant experience leading quantitative/qualitative analysis, modelling or scenario development to inform allocation and investment decisions.
• Experience with digital tools (Excel modelling, Python) and delivering quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocation and strategic modelling capability to inform resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Develop and implement allocation methodology for upcoming cycle with Board approvals.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership translating modelling into clear investment options.
