Interparfums USA is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support regional sales and ecommerce across Europe. You will coordinate orders, manage data, and liaise with distributors, clients, and headquarters in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role requires organization, analytical skills, and fluency in English, with ERP and Excel proficiency. In-office 4 days a week and remote 1 day per week, based in Geneva area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in a commercial, export, sales support, or related role.
• Experience within the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industries highly preferred.
• Ecommerce experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Logistics: Coordinate and verify client orders, ensuring forecasts, allocations, inventory, and pricing align with company policies and requirements.
• Administrative & Sales Support: Provide statements of account to distributors and liaise with Finance regarding overdue balances and credit limit matters.
• Trade & Ecommerce: Maintain and optimize product listings and content across markets and ecommerce platforms, including Amalytix for Amazon and Zalando listings, ensuring accurate assets and data.
• Monitor trade marketing plans & campaigns and support launches and pricing optimization.
