L’OCCITANE Group (B Corp) in Geneva is seeking a Demand Planner Travel Retail Europe & Americas to lead forecasting for its brands. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure accurate demand planning and alignment with budgets.

The role is based in Plan-les-Ouates, near Geneva, and reports to the Supply Chain Manager Travel Retail. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role in wholesale or Travel Retail, fluency in English and French, and strong analytical skills

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis capabilities required.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Experience with Demand Planning tools (Anaplan a plus) and data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead S&OP forecasting process for Travel Retail Europe & Americas across multiple brands.
• Provide and maintain accurate sales forecasts and review historical trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to align forecasts with budgets and LY.
• Develop and share best practices for demand planning and KPI reporting.
• Oversee new product launches forecasts and post-launch performance analysis.
• Manage product life cycle and assortment planning with master data teams.
