L’OCCITANE is seeking a Demand Planner Travel Retail Europe & Americas to join our Geneva operations team. You will forecast for L’Occitane en Provence, Erborian and Sol de Janeiro, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Master Data teams.

Based in Plan-les-Ouates near Geneva, you’ll report to the Supply Chain Manager Travel Retail and support brand forecasts, KPI reporting, and demand planning best practices across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Travel Retail or wholesale.
• Proficiency with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus and familiarity with Anaplan and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

• Lead the S&OP process for brands in scope, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Provide and maintain accurate sales forecasts and analyze historical trends.
• Manage lifecycle and assortment planning, and support new product launches.
