BVLGARI in Neuchâtel is seeking a High-End Watches Sales Coordinator to act as the central liaison between markets, HQ and internal teams. You will help ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and alignment across functions within our High-End Watches network.

Your role includes coordinating events, consolidating market feedback, and supporting client activities while delivering timely business updates and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales administration, commercial operations or project support.
• Experience in luxury industry is a strong asset.
• Excellent English; French and additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial requests, track actions and deadlines with clear ownership.
• Share commercial guidelines, product information and updates across teams.
• Maintain daily communication with local High-End teams and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare business updates, trackers and summaries for reviews.
