Universal Genève, a historic Swiss watchmaking Maison, is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive timely marketing material handling, inventory control, and SAP-based order processing across global markets. You will manage supplier accounts, create article numbers, and support export documentation with a fashion-leaning aesthetic in mind.

Fluency in English and French is required, with Italian or German a plus, and a minimum of 3 years in a comparable role.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Bachelor’s degree or other diploma (higher education).
• Proficient in SAP and strategic methodologies.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian or German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and logistic support: create, stock, and distribute marketing materials and displays.
• Oversee inventory management with accurate records for timely distribution.
• Handle SAP order processing and export support for global markets and internal departments.
• Ensure orders are accurate, on time, and manage intercompany orders and shipments.
• Manage supplier accounts, set up new suppliers, monitor purchase orders and payments.
• Create new article numbers and maintain item database.
• Respond to market requests and provide customer service on orders/shipments.
• Prepare weekly backorder reports and coordinate documents (invoices, packing lists).
