Job summary

BVLGARI is seeking a High-End Watches Sales Coordinator in Neuchâtel to act as a central contact between markets, headquarters and internal stakeholders. You will ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and align functions across the network.

You hold a degree in Business Administration and bring 3+ years in sales administration or related coordination roles, ideally in the luxury sector. Proficiency in Excel and fluent English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in sales administration, commercial operations or coordination.
• Experience in luxury industry preferred.
• Exposure to international environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial actions and market initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Support daily communication with local High-End teams.
• Consolidate sales, stock and client information for business reviews.
• Prepare recurring presentations and business updates.
• Organize agendas for Watch fairs and High-End events.
• Act as operational coordination point between High-End Sales team, markets and corporate teams.
