Job summary

Panerai in Geneva is seeking a Boutique Manager to drive the flagship store's performance through operational excellence and refined clienteling. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the Maison's standards are reflected in every customer interaction.

With 10+ years in luxury retail and strong leadership, you will craft market strategies, manage inventory and visual merchandising, build relationships with VIP clients, and collaborate with HQ to uphold the Panerai

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail, with significant managerial experience in sales and customer service.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
Strong clienteling, CRM and client relationship skills with VIPs.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team to achieve sales and service targets.
Develop and execute market strategies, including events and local networking.
Strengthen client loyalty and relationships with a data-driven approach using CRM insights.
Ensure impeccable retail execution and inventory control in line with brand standards.
Collaborate with HQ and Headquarters on initiatives to drive profitability and brand consistency.
Represent Panerai as a brand ambassador within the local ecosystem.
