Brunello Cucinelli in Verbier seeks a Store Manager to lead Client Advisors, uphold brand philosophy, and drive premium customer experiences on the shop floor. You will ensure sales excellence, CRM-aligned activities, and close collaboration with HQ to plan product assortments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in retail with at least 2 years in management, strong business acumen, and fluent English and French. Experience with luxury retail and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Retail with at least 2 years in managerial roles (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong business acumen and people management development skills.
• Excellent command of English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Client Advisors to build brand and product awareness and deliver the brand philosophy on the shop floor.
• Guide the team to maximize sales and performance and report missed opportunities to management.
• Coordinate with HQ Retail Buying to plan product assortment and ensure Visual Guidelines are followed.
• Support events and trunk shows to attract new customers and foster CRM actions.
• Maintain stock integrity, supervise the stock area and assist during inventories.
