Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Retail with at least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in Luxury Retail.
• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of market and customers.
• Ability to provide continuous feedback and develop team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the CA team to deliver a premium service and shopping experience aligned with the brand philosophy.
• Represent the brand philosophy on the shop floor and coordinate Visual Guidelines with HQ.
• Plan product assortment with HQ Retail Buying and organize events to attract new customers.
• Oversee stock area and inventories; ensure retail procedures are followed.
