Blancpain seeks a Retail Training Director to design and deploy the global boutique training strategy. You will coach sales teams on the shop floor, share heritage, and elevate client experiences while driving business performance.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will develop training material across products, storytelling and luxury standards, run in-person sessions and webinars, and manage the e-learning platform with vendors and content creators.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience (7–10 years) in luxury retail, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry.
• Experience with training design and delivery.
• Excellent understanding of luxury retail and its codes.
• Strong product affinity and the ability to communicate complex technical content in an engaging way.
• Sound knowledge of product, industry and competitors.
• Excellent training, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain training material covering products, brand history, storytelling and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing to deploy brand strategy and activations.
• Ensure training content aligns with brand vision, field needs, and luxury standards.
• Deliver in-person training modules and webinars via the e-learning platform.
• Provide in-store coaching to elevate selling ceremony and customer experience.
• Organize and deploy training modules through train-the-trainers programs.
• Develop and manage the e-learning platform and collaborate with vendors.
