PRADA in Zürich is seeking a Team Manager to lead, train, and coach the store team, driving sales goals and exceptional client experiences. You will champion clienteling, CRM initiatives, and product storytelling to meet and exceed business targets.

You will partner with Store Management to maintain brand standards, manage KPIs, and develop talent in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for the PRADA brand.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in similar role in luxury retail
• Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills
• Strong commercial and results-oriented mindset
• Client-centric approach with excellent clienteling and CRM skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive performance and manage KPIs
• Strong product knowledge and storytelling skills

Aufgaben

• Lead, train and coach your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPI targets
• Drive sales performance by optimizing client engagement, CRM usage and clienteling initiatives
• Collaborate with Store Manager/Director for regular performance discussions and actionable development plans
• Provide feedback and development support to team through trainers to enhance client journey knowledge
• Train team on Client Journey, storytelling and product knowledge to exceed business goals
• Participate in talent acquisition with Store Manager to onboard top talents
• Foster a positive work environment and cross-functional cooperation
