Vacheron Constantin invites an experienced Client & Retail Solutions Manager to shape the omnichannel strategy and modernize global boutique experiences. You will lead a strategic program, align with senior stakeholders and drive adoption of digital in-store tools across the Richemont group.

Reporting to the Head of Client & Omnichannel Solutions, you will own the roadmap, governance, and change management, ensuring business outcomes and seamless technology integration in luxury retail

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of digital/retail solution management and transformation experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-year retail programs.
• Experience with omnichannel workflows, clienteling, CRM, and in-store tools.

• Define and drive the Client and digital in-store solutions roadmap.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM, clienteling and in-store apps.
• Govern and monitor delivery, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
