Christian Dior Couture in Geneva seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer care and uphold the Maison's standards.

As ambassador of the Dior heritage, you will build local and international client books, drive sales, and provide best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and online. Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus, with potential career growth within the LVMH group.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
• Strong communication, empathy and agile mindset.
• Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.
