Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant and bar management in luxury/high-end establishments.
• At least 2-3 years of teaching, training, or mentoring experience in hospitality, culinary, or educational setting.
• Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, or Swiss equivalents).
• Bartender certification or mixology qualifications desirable.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• Assist in day-to-day operations of restaurant and bar; ensure smooth service and workflow.
• Manage and supervise staff including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stock.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Provide training and performance evaluations for restaurant and bar staff.
• Deliver hands-on training to students in restaurant and bar operations; oversee customer service and front-of-house management.
