Job summary

Hublot, the Swiss luxury watchmaker, is seeking a seasoned PR professional to lead global press and celebrity relations. You will centralize global PR launch plans, liaise with international markets and manage media partnerships to maximize coverage of our timepieces and collaborations.

You will monitor media results, align with markets on launches, events, and press trips, and develop compelling materials with Product Marketing, Events and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PR within luxury industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, creative initiatives.
• Dynamic, cross-functional collaboration with Events, Marketing and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Global PR Coordination: Centralize global PR launch plans and liaise with international PR teams and markets on launches, events and press trip opportunities.
• Media Monitoring & Reporting: Coordinate media results with markets and international PR teams, liaising with LVMH counterparts to ensure consistent reporting.
• Market & Internal Alignment: Build strong relationships with markets to ensure local implementation of global PR strategy, working closely with Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Events, Digital and Hospitality.
• Launches & Partnerships: Monitor local and global launches involving press and talent, leveraging brand partnerships and ambassadors to maximize media exposure.
• Media Relations & Requests: Manage media contacts, shooting requests, broadcast opportunities and product placements. Organize product presentations at the Manufacture and trade shows, including Watches & Wonders, and support local events such as boutique openings, product launches, fairs and partnership announcements.
• Press Materials & Resources: Lead press kit creation, including copywriting briefs, translations and presentations, in collaboration with Product and Studio teams. Ensure consistent messaging, manage the press lounge and press/blogger contact lists, and coordinate press kit distribution.
• PR Activations: Organize Manufacture visits, product presentations and press trips, managing logistics including hotels, rooming lists, gifting, itineraries and transfers.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and post-event reports covering print, online and social media coverage. Monitor international media and KOL exposure and assess campaign ROI using DMR and the relevant influencer platform.
