Job summary

Hublot in Nyon, Switzerland seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager to elevate the guest experience at our Manufacture. You will oversee VIP visits, factory tours, exclusive client dinners and high-profile events, ensuring bespoke immersion into Hublot’s universe.

You will define global hospitality standards, train hosting teams, and coordinate with watchmakers, executives and PR to tailor itineraries for international markets while upholding luxury heritage and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in hospitality or related field.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality or VIP event management.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate brand heritage into experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage VIP visits, Manufacture tours and tailor-made experiences.
• Act as brand ambassador, conveying Hublot’s heritage and values to visitors.
• Coordinate with watchmakers, executives and PR to craft personalized itineraries.
• Define and elevate global hospitality guidelines across the Manufacture.
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail across guest touchpoints (reception, catering, gifting, logistics).
• Lead training and supervision of hosting teams and external providers for events.
