Zusammenfassung

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Client & Retail Solutions Manager to define the strategic vision for global client and digital in-store solutions. You will lead a multi-year transformation program, aligning with senior stakeholders and ensuring a seamless boutique experience across geographies.

The role requires 10+ years in digital/retail tech, strong knowledge of omnichannel operations, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related field.
Solid experience (10+ years) in digital/retail solution management and technology transformations.
Extensive knowledge of Omnichannel & Retail Operations, clienteling, CRM systems, digital in-store tools, e-commerce and cross-domain architecture.
Proven experience partnering with and managing external agencies and global transversal teams.
Ability to synthesize complex business, data, and technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

Define the strategic vision and drive the roadmap for global Client and digital in-store solutions.
Lead a multi-year strategic Transformation Program for modernizing the retail and client solutions landscape.
Coordinate complex, global projects with budgets, resources, timelines and interdependencies.
Drive change management, governance, and training strategies to ensure rapid adoption of new tools and processes.
