Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Zurich is seeking a Sales Associate to be the voice of the Maison for discerning clients during boutique visits and special events. You will build and maintain strong relationships, embodying grace, elegance and exceptional service in a refined luxury environment.

You bring university degree, fluency in Swiss German, German and English, with additional language skills a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• University degree and fluency in Swiss German, German and English. Proficiency in a fourth language is advantageous.
• Proven experience in luxury jewellery or watches maisons.

Responsibilities

• A genuine appreciation for the world of high jewellery, luxury goods, and the unique savoir-faire that defines Van Cleef & Arpels.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the Maison's heritage and creations with elegance and conviction, allowing you to create a long lasting relationship with the clients.
• A natural ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of a sophisticated clientele, delivering an unparalleled client experience.
• Proficient in using IT tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
