Crowne Plaza Hotels and InterContinental Hotels in Geneva seek a hospitality professional to support the Sales team. You will assist with market prospecting, reservations tracking, and RFP responses, while coordinating corporate contracts and rate negotiations under Sales Managers’ guidance.

Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus. The role involves creating marketing materials, updating Salesforce, and facilitating site inspections and travel

Qualifikationen

• Higher degree in hospitality management and/or business administration is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hotel role at 4- or 5-star property is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in creating prospecting files by geographic market and industry.
• Track reservations, VIP arrivals, and new accounts.
• Coordinate weekly competitive benchmarking and manage corporate contracts.
• Respond to RFPs under supervision of Sales Managers.
• Create Local Negotiated Rates (LNR) and send via email.
• Check rate loading for LNR/KNR with Revenue Management.
• Prepare and tailor sales presentations and collateral for markets.
• Update Salesforce and support site inspections and travel logistics.
