IHG Hotels & Resorts in Geneva is seeking a reliable sales/administration professional to support the luxury Crowne Plaza/InterContinental brands. You will combine hospitality know-how with market-focused prospecting, rate management, and client communications to help exceed guest and partner expectations.

The role requires a higher degree in hospitality or business, 1–2 years in a hotel setting, and fluency in French and English (a third language is a plus).

• Support site inspections and coordinate FAM trips; prepare TER/TAF.

A glimpse of your daily life

• Assistance in creating detailed prospecting files by geographic market and by industry.
• Tracking reservations made the previous day and arrivals of the day (VIPs, new accounts).
• Weekly competitive benchmarking.
• Managing Corporate Contracts after communication of rates by Sales Managers.
• Responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) under supervision of Sales Managers.
• Creating LNR contracts (Local Negotiated Rates) and sending them via email.
• Checking rate loading for both LNR and KNR (Key Negotiated Rates) in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
• Creating all sales presentations: tailored to each market.
• Creating flyers and collaterals for sales team.
• Marketing liaison: producing documents, vouchers, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Preparing and following up on FAM Trips (organization, restaurant reservations, etc.).
• Scheduling appointments and organizing site inspections.
• Updating Salesforce.
• Conducting site inspections in support of the Sales Manager.
• Database management: entering contacts from sales trips and sales calls (content still to be completed by the Sales Team).
• Preparation of TER (Travel Expense Reports) and TAF (Travel Authorization Forms).
• HR planning system update.

What We Need From You

Higher Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5- star). Fluent French and English. Mastering a third foreign language is highly desirable. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Delphi or Salesforce and Opera. Gifted with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of observation, you demonstrate attentiveness, diplomacy, organization, and responsiveness on a daily basis.
