Zusammenfassung

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Geneva is seeking a reliable sales/administration professional to support the luxury Crowne Plaza/InterContinental brands. You will combine hospitality know-how with market-focused prospecting, rate management, and client communications to help exceed guest and partner expectations.

The role requires a higher degree in hospitality or business, 1–2 years in a hotel setting, and fluency in French and English (a third language is a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Higher Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hotel role (4- or 5-star).
• Fluent French and English; a third language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create detailed prospecting files by geographic market and industry.
• Track reservations and VIP arrivals; weekly benchmarking.
• Manage Corporate Contracts after rate communication by Sales Managers.
• Respond to RFPs under supervision; create Local Negotiated Rates (LNR).
• Create sales presentations and collaterals; update Salesforce.
• Support site inspections and coordinate FAM trips; prepare TER/TAF.
