Qualifikationen

• Swiss-recognised technical qualification required (CFC or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in technical management or supervisory roles.
• Luxury hospitality, hotels, private estates or high-end residential properties preferred.
• Strong preventive maintenance and Swiss safety regulations knowledge.
• Proven project management experience in renovations.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
• Based in Gstaad or willing to relocate; valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee technical operations and maintenance of hotels and residences in the Gstaad area.
• Manage and supervise the technical team; planning, training and performance follow-up.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss technical, safety, fire prevention and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, documentation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate repairs, contractors and suppliers; ensure quality and cost control.
• Lead renovations and technical improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Provide regular reporting to Management on maintenance, incidents, risks, projects and investments.
