The Luna Capital luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Front Office Night Auditor in the Bern/Gstaad area. You will check guests in/out, manage overnight Front Office operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting in the PMS.

Fluency in French and English is required, with German a plus. Proficiency with Cloudbeds PMS, outstanding grooming, and discretion are essential for delivering seamless guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a similar front office role within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus; Russian/Arabic are advantages.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests on arrival and escort them to their suite, residence, or private chalet.
• Perform check-in procedures and provide guests with information about the destination and services.
• Promote the property's services, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities as appropriate.
• Handle guest departures, check-out procedures, and billing processes.
• Manage Front Office accounting procedures, including invoice validation and daily financial reports.
• Conduct nightly audits and ensure PMS transaction accuracy.
• Ensure safety and security of the property during night hours.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and build guest loyalty.
• Apply Ultima's service standards and values in all aspects of the role.
