Luna Capital seeks a Head Butler to lead a premier butler team in a luxury chalet setting. You will ensure flawless guest experiences, anticipate needs, and coordinate in-chalet dining, housekeeping, and special requests with discretion and poise.

You will mentor staff, maintain presentation standards, and adapt service to individual guest preferences while upholding luxury etiquette across all interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Head Butler or senior butler in luxury hospitality or private residences.
• Strong knowledge of high-end service standards and etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the Butler team to deliver luxury service.
• Be the main guest contact, anticipating needs for a seamless chalet experience.
• Coordinate guest services, including arrivals, dining, housekeeping, and special requests.
• Develop guest profiles and tailor service to preferences.
• Collaborate with Chalet Manager, Private Chef, Housekeeping and Concierge.
