Aufgaben

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping services, including cleaning, servicing guest areas, and turndown service.
• Prepare rooms and amenities according to guests’ preferences and requirements.
• Maintain highest level of attention to detail with luxury furnishings and finishes.
• Ensure guest areas are clean, organized, and presented.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special setups, and personalized guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues or guest preferences to Head Housekeeper.
• Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and respect.
• Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.
• Support the Housekeeping team with daily operations and chalet flow.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and private information.
