Six Senses Crans Montana seeks a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) Shift Leader to uphold the brand's standards of personalized service, sustainability, and wellness in a luxury alpine property. You will review arrivals, coordinate VIP guests, and ensure rooms meet Six Senses standards before check-in.

You will lead scheduling and training for the GEM team, handle guest feedback, and support interdepartmental transfers while maintaining high safety and operational benchmarks.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience in a similar luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Fluent in French & English; professional hospitality environment experience.
• MS Office and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM) knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Review arrivals and departures to plan activities and bookings.
• Coordinate guest details, VIPs, and special arrangements.
• Ensure rooms meet standards before check-in and assist with guest preferences.
• Train and provide feedback to GEM team; handle guest inquiries and feedback.
