Zusammenfassung

Six Senses seeks a Group & Events Manager to lead end-to-end group and event sales within a luxury hotel context. You will oversee inquiries, contracting, planning and execution, while coordinating with Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Front Office and F&B to ensure exceptional delivery.

You will drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling and active pipeline management, maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management.
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales/marketing role.

Aufgaben

• Manage all group and event business from inquiry through contracting and post-event follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, function sheets and Banquet Event Orders on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B and Operations for smooth delivery.
• Drive group and event revenue through pricing, upselling and proactive sales.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management
