Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism from check-in to check-out.
• Advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions and inquiries to ensure an unforgettable experience.
• Handle guest communications via phone and email and relay information to hotel departments.
