Job summary

W Hotels Verbier is seeking a Welcome Talent for the Winter season, from December 2026 to March 2027, to greet guests with warmth and professionalism at check-in and check-out, while upholding the W brand standards. You will play a key role in delivering a WOW experience and representing the hotel’s unique spirit.

Responsibilities include advising guests on services, handling inquiries by phone and email, coordinating with departments, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

PROFILE

Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5-star hotel.

Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Highly motivated and passionate about the realms of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
