Breitling in Zurich is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to lead client engagement, develop the team, and drive boutique performance. You will manage client relationships, organise events, and collaborate with the Boutique Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting.

You will build a loyal clientele through CRM initiatives, coach the squad, and ensure consistent Breitling brand representation across operations and sales. Fluency in English and German is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of boutique management experience in luxury retail.
• Proven people management, coaching, and motivation abilities.
• Strong organisation to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and client-centric mindset.
• Collaborative leadership with a track record of team growth.
• Established network in luxury retail and clienteling/relationship building.
• Comfort with KPIs, budgets, and commercial targets.
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop a loyal client base using CRM tools and Salesforce.
• Develop a strong client portfolio, prospect new opportunities, maximise product potential.
• Enhance brand equity via visual merchandising and in-boutique events.
• Plan and execute boutique events creating memorable client experiences.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify improvements.
• Ensure impeccable after‑sales service and seamless client journeys.
• Foster client‑centric mindset and translate objectives into team targets.
• Report boutique performance to local HQ with regular updates.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budget, and drive commercial results.
• Recruit, develop and coach talent; maintain Breitling brand standards.
• Balance strong leadership with hands‑on selling and client engagement.
