Zusammenfassung

Jobup in der Schweiz sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Zoll- und Versandabwicklung in Möhlin. Sie betreuen nationale und internationale Sendungen, erstellen Exportdokumente und führen Zollabfertigungen durch.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig, serviceorientiert und sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden, Spediteuren und Kunden. Kenntnisse in EasyPassar, ADR und SAP sind vorteilhaft, zudem bringen Sie Bereitschaft zu Audits mit.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Speditions-/Logistik-Ausbildung ist erforderlich.
• Erfahrung in Zollabfertigung in der Schweiz und der EU von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in Gefahrguttransporten sind vorteilhaft.
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind notwendig.

Aufgaben

• Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Sendungen.
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Export- und Versandpapieren.
• Durchführung von Zollabfertigungen mit EasyPassar.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Zollvorschriften.
• Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden, Spediteuren und Kunden.

Your tasks

• Organisation and handling of national and international shipments
• Creation and verification of export and shipping documents
• Execution of customs declarations via EasyPassar
• Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations
• Communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders and customers
• Tariffing and origin management
• Maintenance of relevant master data
• Ensuring correct shipping and export documentation
• Coordination of rail wagon transports
• Interface management with adjacent departments
• Optimisation of shipping processes
• Assuming the role of dangerous goods officer according to ADR
• Support during audits and official enquiries
• Preparation of the annual dangerous goods report

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training or training in forwarding/logistics; further training in customs/foreign trade is an advantage
• Experience in customs clearance in Switzerland and the EU
• Experience with dangerous goods transport is an advantage
• Good knowledge of customs and export matters
• SAP knowledge
• Service-oriented personality
• Independent working style
• ADR dangerous goods officer or willingness to undertake the corresponding training for air/sea and road transport complete your profile
