Job summary

Nestlé Research in Lipids Analytics seeks an Associate R&D Specialist to advance lipid analytics through MS-based methods. You will lead experiments, develop and transfer fit-for-purpose analytical techniques, and collaborate with scientists and external partners to enable product innovation.

The role requires a PhD in lipid analytics and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with fluent English and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• PhD with recognized expertise in lipid analysis using MS-based analytics.
• 1–3 years of domain experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities with independence, accuracy, and scientific rigor to meet defined objectives and timelines.
• Organize laboratory activities and carry out experiments with internal or external partners.
• Drive the implementation of analytical methods and technical solutions for lipid analysis across Nestlé sites.
• Strengthen the scientific evidence on lipids to support breakthrough innovation.
• Collaborate on technological scouting and continuous improvement.
