Nestlé Research seeks a Senior Technician in Micronutrients and Phytochemicals Analytics to provide high-quality analytical support for research and operations. You will collaborate with scientists, analysts, and partners to deliver reliable data and insights across projects.

The role covers method development, allergen-related work, and training of colleagues, apprentices, and students in analytical techniques and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry or related field with strong sample prep experience.
• Experience with allergen analysis and potential direct contact with allergenic materials.
• Knowledge of infrared, Raman, or X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.
• Experience with trace analysis and liquid chromatography is a plus.

• Deliver reliable analytical data to support research, product quality and operational decisions.
• Develop and apply sample preparation methods for allergens, micronutrients and phytochemicals analysis.
• Operate and maintain advanced analytical equipment to ensure robust, timely results.
• Evaluate analytical outcomes and turn results into clear insights for project teams.
• Provide technical assistance to markets on allergen topics and projects.
• Support projects with technical assistance, sample preparation for trace analysis and data interpretation.
• Share expertise with apprentices and students to build capability across analytical activities.
