Nestlé Research in Lausanne invites an Associate R&D Specialist in Lipids Analytics to provide scientific leadership in lipid analysis and advanced mass spectrometry. You will develop, validate and transfer analytical methods to support innovative products across Nestlé sites worldwide.
The role requires a PhD with lipid-MS expertise and 1–3 years of domain experience, plus strong collaboration and English communication. Hybrid work options are available as part of our flexible workplace policy.
Qualifikationen
- PhD with recognized expertise in lipid analysis using advanced mass spectrometry (HRMS/MS).
- Experience leading analytical method development and transfer to production sites.
- Strong collaboration across research, quality, and technology teams.

- Lead project activities with scientific rigor to meet objectives and timelines.
- Organize laboratory activities and coordinate internal/external partners.
- Drive implementation of analytical methods to enhance lipid analysis capabilities globally.
