Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Project/Project Engineering.
• Fluent in English; German is valued.
• Experience coordinating international teams across countries.
• Knowledge of GMP/pharma/regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define project team structure with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and allocate responsibilities.
• Establish the project execution methodology, tools, and controls.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor scope, risks, and project profitability.
• Prepare regular status reports to clients and management.
